My weight has being a constant niggle at the mo and it has in fact gone up by 4lb over the past few weeks. However I am still fitting in my smaller cloths and I cant see any new lumps or bumps. This is starting get to me as I know it is affecting everything about my training. I want to run longer and I want to run faster but I think I'm at my limit (without doing damage) at this weight.
I said a constant Niggle and not Battle, because I havn't really been fighting it with my diet and have instead just been getting on with it.
Whilst I'm always quite enthusiastic about excersize and training both me and my partner struggle with diet as we never seem to have the time and end up rushing food prep.
Right enough of moaning!!
Ill check in with weight next week.
