Struggling


I'm really struggling to get my head around training at the this has been mainly due to a few weeks of finding it hard to train because of time and sickness. Well I'm probably overplaying sickness but I did have a bad back last week so that screwed up my training.

My total miles for February 19 .9 miles this was better than January by about a mile but still is nowhere near what I was doing back in November. I'm not really sure what to put this down to Other than in November I was training hard for my 5K in December.

One of my biggest mental stumbling blocks Is that as my runs are getting longer the time I need to do them is also increasing Meaning that I am really struggling to fit them in.

Therefore I have come to the conclusion that I need to do this on a morning this is not ideal but is the only time that I have the free time in order to do it.

I have also come to the realisation that my times really won't degrease until I loose some more weight and this is another area I just can't get moving.

Something which I'm planning is to start swimming and riding a bike hoping that will help me lose some additional weight.... And also pushing me towards my Tri-Dreams.

I have the 10k looming but have good support from my family.
