Hi I have decided not to run the bristol 10k, this is mainly due to the fact that Im not hitting my training goals and the last thing I want todo it let the pressure bring me down.
Running is supposed to be fun remember!!!
I will continue to run regularly but keep the runs at between 2-3miles. Im not giving up or backing down or wimping out, im doing it for the right reasons.
