Near the end of my ride to work I have a steep segment which I try to power up and
afterwards my legs scream in pain. My
Mantra for this segment is “MONSTER MONSTER MONSTER MONSTER”, I don’t know why,
but chanting it seems to help.
Im in 180th position on the Strava Leader Board when I write this so I will be looking to improve on that, there is a full 20sec differences between me and the KOM and its only 0.2mile long.
