It's my first time out on the bike this year today.. I'm going to ride a bit this but not go crazy by setting my self goals, I really don't need the pressure. My first thing for this year is take stock of my current diet and make realistic changes to that.. I'm currently back up in the 24st range and would like to think I could be back to 22st by the end of the year. But as I said I'm not going to stress or set goals because failure is not an option and without goals I can not fail. I'm supper positive though about changing my life.
